Nothing but Talent....
Just writing to let everyone know that there is a scene here, it may be small but it is good. The flatbottom in the tight kidney bowl at Talent is being redone, I will attach some pictures. We are going to try and have a jam before the end of summer, I will write back with more updates. Thanks! -chris

Boom Boom Huck Jam....
On Saturday Rich, Lori, Rayn S. and I decided to go check out the Huck Jam. I didn't know what to expect. Man was I suprised. The whole thing was pretty cool. The entire show was put together with movie shorts that linked every differen't section of the show together. DMC, Hoffman, Robinson and Kagy were the BMXers on hand and the Biker in Black, Rick Thorne, was the MC. Rick even rode a bit and tried a few hand plants on the vert ramp, he actually came pretty close. Some highlights were the FMX moto whips by Twitch. That dude can lay them down over and forward. Lincoln Ueada's huge airs on the skateboard. This insane 4 at a time vert run with the skatebaorders all carving every which way but loose around the ramp. It was really cool to see.
The enders were Kage with a flip whip over what looked like a 50ft. jump, clean to pedals and then a huge whip air on a 20ft. vert quarter after the landing. I must say I had a good time. Here are some pics I took with my phone. Check em'.
Oh yeah, there is a contest to raise money for the Pier Park "St.Johns" Project July 23rd. in Siletz on the Coast. Stay tuned later today or tomorrow for the flyer and mroe info.

Weekend what!?
What did you do this weekend. Di you fight with the weather to ry and get a session in? Did you ride in the comfort of your garage, covered playground or in your secret hideaway from the rain? Well I hope you had fun and I know something new got done for someone. I know you probably had the best day of your life. I know someone out there also had a very different kind of weekend. I know a bunch of people that didn't even have to treat this as a weekend, they were just another day. Today and yesterday were just that, another day and I hope you made the best of them. Ride or die. Haha! I love that one, usually I find that riding typically leads to the dieing. Have a good one.
