Well I am still in the LA area, but i am back up on this site. I just wanted to drop a line and let everyone know that everything is going great, a bit of home sickness, but I think I can take something for that. The job is going really well, I couldn't be more stoked on it. The house, rather room is shaping up, I still really don't know my roommates. I know one of those fools is crazy. Heavy breathing, possible shady ladies comming up in the crib. The dude creeps me out. I have ridden a ton, even enough to hurt myself again. That is rad. I guess that's it. Hope all is well and you are keeping warm. Update again soon.-ben

So there's gonna be a premier of the newest Standpoint Video Magazine on Saturday November 26th, in Vancouver. The info's on the flyer. It's $3.00 to get in an the money goes to benefit the new Vancouver skatepark, which should be pretty dialed! Your gonna go ride it if you live in town, so go to the premier to help out, and get to see a sweet new video too!!

Well I am out. By this time tomorrow I will be sleeping in and waking up to sunny days. I guess this is a good bye. Slo will be taking over some stuff around these parts, even though I am pretty sure I will continue to post more than him. Maybe a daily weather report, you know, just to rub it in. Thanks everyone for the fun times. I will be back, this is home, so let that be a warning or a blessing. Which ever you see it as. I guess everything changes from here. What does the future hold? FBM Dark Horses....
I guess FBM having a BMX video sponsership contest and Darus Elbon is one of the Dark Horses of the bunch, I guess that's a good thing. There is another N-Dub dude from Anacortes Washington, Johnny Glassett, that is one of those Dark Horse things too. I don't know Johnny, but I stoked for him. i am def. stoked on Darus. Keep up the shred.

Accidental Gun Death.....
Sorry for the Bummer of a headline, but this ain't that kind of news. This is good news, this is Music news.
Last night I had the pleasure of watching Jamie McParland and his band Accidental Gun Death play at the Ash Street Saloon. The music is strait hardcore punk. So loud and fast, Eddie from iron Maiden would ask you to turn it down.
Jamie's stage presence is infectious; he is full of energy and all over the place. I started to break a sweat for him. The crowd was to tame for my liking. I hoping it would get rowdy and we could just let loose with the music. But it didn't and we just had to mind our bubble and rock out and make sure not burst it.
All I have to say is that if you get a chance to catch Jamie's show, go. If not for the music, go for Jamie's stories and filler during the show. Oh yea, you might want to stand back, Jamie tends to annihilate guitars and their strings.
