2009-06-05 23:16:49 -OS Eve. #156

What a day today has been. Made it into the office the new usual time. I gotta get back on the normal schedule. I grabbed a breakfast burrito on the way in and they decided to just give me a bean and cheese. Oh well, can't beat a real bean and cheese burrito, so good. I got started on the project I mentioned taking mental notes on yesterday. Lunch hit me quick and I wasn't hungry, but with the whole crew going out I didn't want to miss some good conversation, so I tagged along. The old usual spot, Chipotle. It smelled great and I was tempted, but resisted.

When I got back I finished off the model for the project I was working on. No drawings yet, still need to look it over with Chris and see if there are any tweaks needed. Then I hit the net and emails and took care of that. I was trying to get everything sorted before my homie Albert, Smoovebert, came by to check out the office.

Him and another friend John came through about 4 while I was in back getting ready to start packing the van for the OS Show. I showed them the place and we shot it for a while. They offered to help me with loading the van, so we got it going. We fired it out pretty quickly. There was a lot of bikes to fit. They headed out and I did the same with the van around 6:30.

The drive home was fine. I really like driving the van. It's great to have a higher perspective on the roads I drive regularly. The above pics is of the drive home with the van packed tight. I grabbed some dinner after hitting the grocery store and then headed home to eat and reorganize a good part of the van since I really needed to fit a decent amount of more stuff.

With some tweaking I had the room I needed. I went through all of my extra parts and figured out what I wanted to get rid of. I cleaned up what needed cleaning and I then sat down, made a price list and labeled everything. Eventually I got everything in the van and it was only 11pm. I figured I would write this post, shower and hit the sack since I have to leave by 6am. Time warp tomorrow.
