2009-06-11 12:27:00 -Tandem Bell. #162

Christmas at the office was the theme of the day. New shipment and plenty of new goodies. As rad as that is, it also generates a lot of quality check work. Some of that has happened and plenty more to do over the next few days, wait it's Thursday, so I guess tomorrow. I shot a bike check with Francis in the first part of the day as well. Check it on www.odysseybmx.com. It was to show the new 4 piece bars and the Hard Anodized Gold Rims.

Chris had to head down to San Diego just before lunch so it was just Bauer, Francis and I for food time. We decided to ride up to the Bell and I dared Francis and Jim to take the Tandem. They were in and we were off. I rode my Model-C and spent a good part of the ride shooting pictures, like the above one.

We ate and headed back and Jim and Francis double timed the ride back and it was hard to keep up with them, even with my hard gearing. They ended up taking the longer route back and I beat them by just a bit. Bike rides at lunch are always fun.

Later in the day I went out back and Jim and Nuno were going through lots of boxes checking out all the new stuff. When we got to the G-Sport Rims, we got real excited to see all the Rib Cages in our new Hard Anodized Colors and even some of the new Ross inspired Powder Coated colors.

I called it a day a bit after 5 and grabbed some dinner and watched Charlie Bartlet from the Netflix pile. Then a bit of the game. Not sure who won, don't really care. A bit of TV, some writing and a serious sweet tooth that will go unanswered end my day. More photos of rims, double bikes, and just random stuff on the Flickr.
