Well, not me per sea, but Chris Cole is quite amazing on that plank of wood. Got the above board in the mail today from Chris Cole to hang on the wall of the new office. If you don't know, Chris Cole is a Pro Skateboarder who also shreds the BMX. He makes no secret of his love to ride and has even warn an Odyssey shirt in Transworld Skate mag for an article he was in.

I was lucky enough to finally get to me Chris while at Interbike and we exchange info. The board above with a nice note and Autograph came from that. I must say I was pretty stoked to see a BMX graphic on the board and it is right up my alley with the throwback style.

Getting the board wasn't the only thing that went down today. Chris and I went out and purchased the last 3 chairs we needed to finish off the conference room. A new mortgage or investment place had closed it doors and consolidated itself. Thankfully the German owner was a fan of great furniture and the office was decked out with the finest Herman Miller Eames furniture. We scooped up our chairs for almost a 3rd of the price. The storage place they had with furniture was like Christmas, well if you have a serious amount of loot to spend.

After work I went home and watched Neil Young: Heart of Gold. It was a great concert piece with some behind the scenes and one on ones with Neil himself. Worth a watch, the music is great.

Just before 10 I took of on the scooter with my bike on back to go ride Mabel Davis Skatepark. Forrest was going to meet up with me. One catch with the M F'n Ruckus is that you have to take surface streets all the way there and I of course did not realize the roads I wanted did not connect out by my house. After a few turn a rounds and phone checks I finally found my way there. A little first time adventure is never bad. We rode for a while and called it about 11:30. I left just after him and ended up racing the rain home. The trip back was quite a bit faster since I knew where I was going, funny how that works.

bdubblevision was here.
