2009-10-17 23:35:49 -Tour de Fat. #290

I passed out last night before 10 and was up just after 6 this morning. I got up and got ready for the Fat Tire Ale Tour de Fat ride and Festival. I was originally supposed to meet Taj, but something came up and he couldn't go. I went anyway solo style with the 24" bike strapped to the back of the back of my Ruckus. It was pretty funny looking.

I was there pretty early and watched all sorts of people and bikes roll in for a while. Once the ride was underway, the above Snake Bicycle was in the front fo the group. This thing was powered by about 6 riders, it was pretty sick.

The ride lasted about 45 minutes and was a good tour of the city. I had a lot of fun and the Festival that followed was an equally great time. Next year I am getting a large crew together.

After a while I headed over to Aaron's and watched Dew Tour Skate with Devon for a while. Aaron came home from a trip and we flipped back and forth between Dew and the UT game. Eventually Devon and I were starving so we decided to Ruckus to Rudy's for some lunch.

Devon took me on some fucking sweet back roads that really made me stoked I bought myself a Ruckus. Such a good time. After to ride back to their house I grabbed my bike and headed home. Another full day. Time to chill.
