2009-12-28 13:19:03 -Escape. #362

Not sure when I went to sleep, but I was up before 11. I would kill to sleep in, but i can't get myself too. Once up I was starving so I told everyone to get ready so we could go eat. Eventually all was go, so we jumped in the car and hit the road.

Rudy's was the destination today and I couldn't wait. I ordered up a big pile of Extra Moist Brisket various sides and it was on. Everyone enjoyed the food and we ended up with some leftovers. My cousin and I tried, but we just couldn't kill the food. After lunch we headed back to my house. On the way we stopped by OTX and I gave them the tour. They spent some time looking through the rocks in the back yard for some goodies my nephew would like and eventually we headed home.

After a bit I took my cousin to his friends place and my mom and sister would set off on foot to go to some nearby stores. I had to take the rental back and pick up another for a few more days.

Once back i handed the keys over to my sister and mom. They went to the grocery store to grab some fixings to make Arros Con Pollo. I couldn't wait. They did their thing and we sat down for dinner. Food was great and they spent the night getting their stuff together since they head out tomorrow evening. It had been great having them around, but I can't wait to have my place to myself again.
